  • When should I begin?

    Like many areas of self care starting and prioritizing the start date is personal, however, now is always the best answer. There won’t be a good time to begin, and it’s often the hardest part. With that said, often the women we work with begin on a weekend as changing habits takes energy and there are shifts that come along with changing your eating habits, such as detoxing. Choose a date where you can take some time for yourself to prepare.

  • What sort of health and wellness goals can we help with?

    Healthy living practices, stress reduction, clear skin, weight loss, improved mental health and lifting out of the fog, a sense of community, improved relationship with food, mindfulness, detoxification, increase in muscle mass, increased confidence and self worth, increase in energy, decrease in bloating, stamina, better nutrition, cardiovascular health, overall feeling of well being and more.

  • How can we help you change your lifestyle?

    We’re believers in the power of women working together. It’s suggested to begin with a consultation and work together with a coach to decide your best next steps. Everyone is different and an individualized approach is important. We also have seen great improvements come out of our global online community, which has women from all over the world striving towards a better life, as well as an array of health professionals, healers, practitioners and coaches working together in support of the community 24-7. We’ll devise a plan that works for you and tweak it to fit your needs.

  • How can health coaching help you overcome obstacles at home, at work and in life?

    We approach health with an integrative model. Finding work you enjoy, growing healthy relationships, cooking healthy whole foods, creativity, physical activity, education, social life and more will reflect in the outcomes you see with a positive health coaching program.

  • How long will it take?

    A four month program is suggested, but many start with a simple 14, or 30 day to take it one step at a time. The consultations can last anywhere from 30-60 minutes, again this is up to you.

  • How can I become a health coach?

    Our providers have partnered with the world’s largest and first integrative nutrition and health coaching school. The coaches can guide you through your education to become a health coach.
