Job Description:

Manage and document client requirements for payroll systems. This can extend to other systems as well. Able to understand current systems and its gaps. Document using Lucid Chart, Visio, Google/Word docs or similar tools. Payroll process and HRM systems knowledge is a big plus.

  • Excellent English Spoken and Technical Writing skills
  • Requirement Analysis, Gap Analysis, and Documentation
  • Understanding of Cloud CRM & ERP’s like Salesforce is a plus
  • Ability to handle multiple projects
  • Understanding of System Integration, Business Process Integration and Databases is a plus
  • Familiarity with HRIMS systems like ADP is a plus
  • Familiarity with Documentation tools like Lucid Chart, Google Doc is a plus

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelors Degree or equivalent
  • 3+ years of applicable experience is desirable. Career break of not more than 2 years is a plus.
