Job Description

The Recruiter will play a key role in supporting our job searches. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional listening, customer service, communication, sales and internet searching skills. The role will be focused on sourcing talent, recruiting, and closing talent to take a new role with our customers:

  • Reports to the President
  • Reviewing resumes to identify ones that meet requisition qualifications
  • Contacting candidates on LinkedIn
  • Loads weekly opportunities and resumes into SalesForce.com
  • Customer data targeting. Manages customer data target lists
  • Various administrative tasks as needed

Skills and Experience:

  • 1 year experience in a role as a Recruiter or Sourcer
  • 6 months using SalesForce or similar CRM tool
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Advanced Excel, Word and PowerPoint skills
  • Strong communication skills, including written and verbal communication
  • Effective project manager of tasks and time management
  • Strong interpersonal skills; ability to work as part of a virtual team
  • Ability to interface effectively with multiple levels of the organization and functional disciplines
