A Goldmine of Hidden Talent

As a Recruiter / HR team, you will focus on attracting, interviewing and onboarding new talent. You’ll collaborate with hiring managers on strategic and tactical recruitment through creative sourcing methods, networking, and employment branding.

A typical day might include:

  • Holding a strategy session with a Hiring Manager to kick off the recruiting process for new positions
  • Using LinkedIn, Indeed or Boolean sourcing methods to scrape the web for passive candidates
  • Conducting a phone interview with great candidates you found
  • Participating in a recruitment update call with your internal Talent Acquisition peers
  • Running an online/onsite interview with candidates, then holding a debrief session with the interview panel
  • Making and negotiating offers to the candidates and celebrating with your team when they happily accept
  • Tracking and documenting every detail in the Applicant Tracking System
