Duties

Support Salesforce HR and recruiting products using Service Cloud ticketing system
Triaging issues as they come in; resolving or assigning tasks for Salesforce HR and recruiting
Communicating status and issue resolution upon completion of tasks related to Salesforce HR and recruiting

Minimum Qualifications

Salesforce.com experience (all Modules)
Mid to Large Organization experience.
Solid communication skills. (Internal / external clients)
Implementation, Training and Documentation experience
SOQL experience or some other query language

Education

Salesforce admin certified is a plus
