This letter and the attached resume serve as my application for the Salesforce administrator position. I believe my skills, academic training, and work experience at UBIX Systems, IHF, Passion Impact and App shark for more than 4 years as Salesforce Admin/BA are a good fit for the position. I describe myself as an enthusiastic, ready to learn new things, positive attitude, hardworking, helpful and motivational and goal oriented person.

 

My work experience, roles and responsibilities in various past projects support my qualifications in being a salesforce administrator. I have also developed strong analytical quantitative and communication skills through my career and education. I am a good team player.

 

I have a Master’s Degree in Business Management and Bachelors in Computer Applications along with a Diploma in Computer Engineering. I acquired skills in technologies like Java, C++, C, SQL, HTML, Java Script, MS excel, MS Access, MS word etc. In salesforce, I have a certification of 401 and 201. I am well versed with sales force admin concepts and have a good experience in NPSP package and settings, Data Loader, dupe catcher, Form Assembly, Soapbox Engage , Click&pledge, Classy, CRM fusion demand tools, people import, Dupeblocker, Apsona for salesforce, G connector, Mail chimp, Volunteers for salesforce, CPQ, CLM, X author tools of APTTUS and Docu sign .

 

During my tenure at UBIX Systems, I worked as Production Management Specialist. I setup and maintained CRM applications to customize to match the functional needs of the organization. Working with business users to identify requirements and translate into technical solutions . 

 

At IHF, I worked as Salesforce admin and I supported existing Salesforce Non Profit Starter Pack database and donor management application and enhanced functionality by suggesting tools like Form assembly, Soapbox Engage, Demand tools, People import, Dupe blocker, Apsona for salesforce to match the functional needs of the organization.

 

At Passion Impact, I worked as Salesforce admin/Business Analyst. I setup Salesforce Non Profit Starter Pack database, volunteers for salesforce app, Mail chimp, Apsona for salesforce and customized to match the functional needs of the organization. Worked with business users to identify requirements and translate into technical solutions on salesforce.  

 

At App shark, I worked as salesforce admin and I demonstrated my technical and leadership ability by owning Billing and Order process modules and later leading the team for these modules. I demonstrated translating user requirements to functioning business applications on salesforce. Created technical documents, user guides, involved in user training etc.

 

I also enjoy in volunteering at schools, Pet shelters and Harvest Village, a non-profit organization which harvests food from the neighborhood backyards and donate them to the refugees and food banks in our community.
