My background is in Product Development and Marketing, where I introduced tools for the financial inclusion of over 1M underserved customers in the Philippines. I am passionate about contributing to society by solving real-life challenges. Migrating to the United States, I quickly realized that restarting my career would require thoughtful actions. To learn about the dynamics of my new environment, I took on Customer Service roles, most recently at the SFO Airport, where I interact with over 100 individuals a day.
Currently, I am enrolled in an accelerator program with 250+ hours of training on the Salesforce platform. I have I am now looking at using my passion and skills in an environment that will challenge me to do more, and most importantly contribute to the improvement of society.
