    • The project involves building an interface to the external accounting system. All credits and debits happening to customer in T24 need to be sent to an external accounting system.
    • Accounting system receives the debit and credit entries in the form of ASCII text file and updates it. The file was generated online as and when the entries happen in the T24 system.
    • Analysed reports and database to identify inconsistencies and ensured adequate implementation of the new system
    • Wrote user documentation and provided training for implemented upgrades for the business clients.

    • This project involves development of Proprietary FTP using JAVA with password protection and without encryption.

    • Support provided for Globus EOD.
    • All the EOD crashes were handled successfully within the time frame. Provide offsite support for critical crashes. The crashes mainly came from Trading (local Development), LC, MD module/Interface jobs.
    • Many time-consuming Local EOD programs were analyzed mainly for the I/O operations. Wherever necessary, either the file was resized or distributed or created temporary EOD files and copied back during start of day/online stage.
    • Distributed huge files which are prone for corruption.
    • Developed interface routines as per the requirement.
    • Support provided for the entire menu options run before and after EOD, Which was related to local development/ phantoms/ LC/ Delivery /MD/ Data Capture.
    • Tested the UNIX shell scripts (developed offsite) which backed up globus data directories in parallel. After implementing, the backup time 3 hrs (pre and post eod) came down to only 1 hour.

    • This Project involves managing Cheque Book Inventory System using local templates and Template programming.
    • Whenever a cheque book is issued to a client, the details were collected and the inventory is updated with reduced stock with details like Cheque numbers issued and the account number. Similarly, stop payments issued are stored in a local template and a version routine written to check the table and pass error for stopped cheques.
