My name is Carrie Pray and I am an experienced product development manager. After working as a contractor for my previous employer, as well as building my own online product development and crafting business, I am rejoining the full-time workforce after time off to start my family. I am proud of what I accomplished as a small business owner, while balancing my priorities, but I am also eager to rekindle my career again, doing what I love and working in the creative field.

While working both with The Bradford Exchange, and as an independent contract designer, I have developed products under licenses including Disney, Peanuts, Hello Kitty, and more. I tracked product testing and sales for these products in weekly meetings. Working closely with sourcing, marketing, graphic design and advertising, I oversaw the launch of more than 150 products when I worked with Bradford full-time, and several hundred more in the four years I continued to work with them and other companies as a freelance product designer. Many of my products were best sellers at the company for years, bringing in millions of dollars of revenue. Additionally, I designed a complex product database for Bradford, allowing developers and marketers to easily look up any product and see its information clearly. This database was adopted across the whole company and replaced a highly inefficient process.

In my time as Ecommerce Director at Jewels Company, I oversaw the implementation of a new inventory and channel management software, acting as the business analyst for the company. The new software that we chose saved the team hundreds of hours of unnecessary work.
