CEO and Founder, Mom Relaunch

Reena, proud mom of two kids, a serial entrepreneur and philanthropist, interestingly dove into entrepreneurship when most women take a career break, after her first child was born. She began with a staffing company, Avankia, then moved on to TargetRecruit, the most innovative talent management platform. She champions gender diversity and started Mom Relaunch with the aim of helping women gain financial independence.

MingMay Pang
Director of Marketing, Mom Relaunch

MingMay is a marketing communications professional, who was formerly with The Walt Disney Company and Viacom Networks International, prior to moving from Singapore to the San Francisco Bay Area in 2017. She joined Mom Relaunch with a mission of helping women find fulfilment in relaunching their career. She is passionate about healthy living and is continually amazed by the antics of her ten year old son.

Adrienne Tryon
Business Development Manager, Mom Relaunch

Adrienne is a training communications professional with a background in education, business and healthcare. A former Ethnic Studies professor and Diversity Specialist at Kaiser Permanente, she is an advocate for inclusion and representation of underrepresented groups, particularly women. Her zeal for engaging with people from all walks of life is well-served as the Business Development Manager at Mom Relaunch, where she develops and maintains strong partnerships with clients. She is passionate about travel and the Arts, and remains awed and energized by the power and fortitude of moms.

Scott is the leader of Customer Value Innovation for Small Business Essentials at Salesforce, leading teams to create new valuable ways to engage their small business customers. He also develops and facilitates Salesforce’s CMO Roundtables, CIO Councils and CIO Advisory Board.

Mike Kreaden
Managing Director, Salesforce Incubator

Mike is a passionate Startup advisor, with expertise in enterprise B2B SaaS. His background in technology evangelism is centered around platforms that have a profound impact on the way we create, manage and share information. His career has revolved around the Macintosh platform (1987-1995), the Internet and early ASPs (1995-2001) and is now focused on Platform as a Service to enable SaaS companies of all sizes (2002-Present).

Erica Kuhl
VP of Community, Salesforce

Erica is VP, Community at Salesforce currently running the 3 million+ member thriving Salesforce Trailblazer Community where members go to connect, learn and give back. She also runs Trailblazer Community Programs including: The MVP Program which rewards and recognizes our top community experts/advocates for their ongoing contributions back to our Trailblazer Community. The Community Group Program where Trailblazers volunteer to run groups in their region, by vertical or by affinity. Erica’s newest additions to the Trailblazer Community suite is the The Salesforce Student Programs which helps students and career changers learn in-demand job skills and connect to opportunities, from mentorship to employment and Trailblazer Placement where we’ll build a global program to attract, skilling up and and place net new talent across all audiences in the Salesforce ecosystem.

Jesse Matinez
Founder, CareerForce

An out-of-box thinker with visionary leadership strengths coupled with innovative entrepreneurial spirit, Jesse was the first Entrepreneur in Residence (EIR) for the Salesforce Incubator (now Accelerate) where he incubated his fourth startup CareerForce – training the next generation of Salesforce Administrators from diverse and underrepresented communities for career paths in the Salesforce Economy.

Sudharsana Srinivasan
Program Coordinator (Z Developer Ecosystem), IBM

A proud mother of two boys and a core global team member with IBM, Sudharsana’s acute sense of technical and program management skills are her core strengths. An artistic entrepreneur at heart, she founded Ragahastha Performing Arts, which serves to keep ancient art forms alive and builds cultural communities. Sudharsana is a keen proponent in serving the community and an active advocate in women workforce reentry.
